Christmas cards classes with a kit to go or tutorial options!

Are you starting to think about Christmas yet?  I know some people start VERY EARLY!  When it comes to making Christmas cards it's best to start early, especially if you need to make a bunch to give or mail out.  
I start my Christmas card classes in September and run them through early December.  At each class I offer a group of 4 cards and they make 3 of each of them.  Here's the first batch for September's classes:

Aren't they great?!  (If I do say so myself!)  I am pretty fussy about the projects I made at my events.  I have to love them or I'm just not satisfied.  

The class dates are September 14th at 1:30 pm and the 18th at 6 pm.  Cost is $25 and includes stamped envelopes.  

For the first time I am also offering this class as a 'kit to go' for those who cannot be here at my class in Minot, ND.  I hear from many of you that wish you could attend my local classes.  Now there's a way to accommodate you, as well as I can that is.  

****This kit is available on my Tutorial Shop here while supplies last.  The cost is $25 plus $8 for priority shipping.

These kits to go are available to locals and long distance customers and include the following:  Pre-cut cards, die-cut, textured and punched pieces, ribbons, designer paper and envelopes.  (They do not include stamped images per SU policy or jewels such as pearls or rhinestones.) You'll also receive the written tutorial that includes photos, measurements, a supplies list and step by step directions.

New Holiday Catalog Party!

This Wednesday, September 4th the new Holiday Catalog goes live!  I'm hosting a big Catalog Launch party from 4-6:30 pm and I hope to see a bunch of my local customers here.  Click here to see it on my FB page.

 

As usual I'll have a ton of displays of our fabulous new Holiday catalog products, lots of food, prizes, a free project to make and so much more.  In the last week I've shared some sneak peaks of the Holiday Catalog to wet your appetite a bit.  Here's one more:

I created this card for a swap with the  Stampin' Up! Advisory Board group I'm honored to be in.  The colors are not my usual but I love them!  Gray Granite with Cherry Cobbler, Black and White.  I stamped the background images in Versamark as I wanted them to be subtle. Don't forget to use it for this; it's perfect to change just the color of your card stock a bit.

I used a few new products here; two stamp sets and a set of dies I won while on the cruise.  They're called 'Itty Bitty Christmas' and 'Christmas Countdown'. The dies are called Ornate Frames Dies and they coordinate with the 'Spooktacular Bash' stamp set.  These dies were my top pick in the entire catalog so I was super thrilled to win them on the Greek Island Cruise in July. 

Look at them!  If I had to choose just one thing from this catalog this is what I would get.

Card measurements:

• Gray Granite 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" plus a stitched rectangle at 2 1/8" X 3 1/2"
