I have had this frame for years and finally found a use for it! This stamp set and dies bundle inspired me to create a 4 seasons project from it.
I started with a color wash and emboss resist technique for the winter scene.
I used thick Whisper White card stock and my aqua-painter to wash blue and green ink across the paper. I let it dry and stamped a few snowflakes in Versamark ink. I heat embossed them with White embossing powder. Then I tore another piece of White CS for the snowy hills. There are a few die-cut White snowflakes added to the top too.
For the spring frame I used Powder Pink as the background and die-cut the branch and flowers and grass using the thinlits included in the bundle. I sponged an extra bit of Pink to the flower centers. Easy!
This summer piece is all stamping without any die-cuts. This stamp set is so versatile isn't it?? The background paper is from the Color Theory DSP stack.
For the fall frame background I sponged Pumpkin and Crushed Curry ink over my White card stock. The leaves are die-cut from the beautiful Color Theory DSP and of course there's a White adirondack chair to finish it off.
