Ribbon of Courage

We made this pretty card at my friend Clarisse's workshop last week.  

I love this stamp set; it's perfect for those who are going through cancer or just a tough time.  Sadly many of us know someone who is facing this battle.

We inked the ribbon image in Versamark ink and stamped on a piece of White CS.  Then we heat embossed it with Silver embossing powder.  And there's a die-cut that matches it!  So we did that and then sponged Sweet Sugarplum ink over the embossing.  This gives the ribbon some depth and a nice soft background.  A few pearls add that finished touch. 

The banner is our Smoky Slate CS and the greeting is stamped using Fresh Fig ink.  We inked the two sizes of hearts in Fresh Fig ink and stamped all over the Fresh Fig CS for a pretty background.

The Birthday Delivery Bundle is adorable!

Here's another cute card using the Birthday Delivery Bundle.  And this bundle is a rare one as they included the stamp set, the framelits and the Birthday Memories designer paper!  

The banner is stamped using Real Red ink and die-cut with the coordinating die.  But the poodle & little girl are pieces from the Birthday Memories designer series paper.  It's amazing that they work so perfectly together!  the little girl is die-cut using the largest oval in the Oval Collection Framelits.  The little birthday hat is cut out from one of the DSP sheets. 

That fun striped paper is also from the Birthday Memories DSP pack.  What a super easy card with that designer paper doing half of the work for you! 

Daisy Delight in a Window!

Here's another Daisy Delight card I shared in Minneapolis for my presentation featuring this fun bundle.   It's back in stock so you can now get the punch and the stamp set! 

I used the Squares Collection Framtlies to cut the window from the main Pool Party card and the White CS. To get them lined up perfectly I first die-cut the White CS and then positioned it over the Pool Party card and added pencil lines so I knew where to die-cut. 

The two daisies were stamped on one of the sheets of the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper with Versamark ink.  I heat embossed them with White embossing powder.  That paper I stamped on has many hues of Pool Party & Tranquil Tide so you get a great multicolored daisy. The Daisy Punch makes it easy to get perfectly beautiful flowers.   I used a Clear Faceted Gem for the center. 

I used Tranquil Tide ink for the greeting (from the All Things Thanks set) and Pool Party for the little flower. That little flower is part of a trio of flowers image, but I just inked one up to create that background.

This Little Piggy Box card!

 Look at this sweet box card!  My friend Pat made it for my Open House display.  

She used Very Vanilla for the card base and the pigs are stamped on Pink Pirouette and fussy cut.  The grass is from the Birthday Memories DSP and also hand cut.  I love the rosy (sponged) cheeks! 

The flowers are from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set.

Colorful Seasons Gate-Fold Card with video

I think you're going to love this beautiful card I made for my June Card Clubs using the Colorful Seasons bundle.

I cased a card from my friend Rachel Tesman and changed it up a bit.  I love the Color Theory designer paper stack; it's amazing and perfect for this amazing stamp and dies bundle.  It has four colors of papers in it; Berry Burst, Dapper Denim, Old Olive and Crushed  Curry.  I did not create one using the Old Olive. 

There is very little stamping on this card and only Black Memento ink!  So my gals could choose any color of paper to suit them and we all shared the same ink.  Love when I can do that!

Birthday Delivery 3d card

Have you noticed the Birthday Delivery Suite?  It's on page 68-69 and it's adorable!  There is just so much to love about this stamp set, framelits and designer paper!  

My friend Pat made this cute card for my Open House display.  I have a ton more to share with you using these products because she just loves it!  

These animals are right out of the Designer Paper!  She likes to fussy cut so it's right up her alley.  She used  a few different pieces of the paper here; the grass , the animals and the presents.   Here's a side view so you can see how they're layered and lifted up to give dimension:

Does it remind you of the old Richard Scary books?  I used to read them to my kids! It's almost like a real story book  with the flaps you can lift up.  But these don't move; but that's an idea!

Background Bits

This beautiful Hostess stamp set is gorgeous and has so many fun images.  It's on page 220 of the new catalog.

I chose to use a few of the new In Colors (Powder Pink and Berry Burst) along with Old Olive. 

The main floral image is inked up with markers before stamping on the White CS.  I stamped the pretty border stamp twice on the Old Olive CS using Old Olive ink.  I do love this layout; it's a great one to highlight both your greeting and the main image.  Below are the measurements:
