Here is another Christmas card we made at my card clubs this month:
We used the Circle Card Framelits & Christmas Collectibles set which is on sale through Dec 2nd.
Here's what it looks like open:
Did you know that with the new Card Framelits, whether it's the Label or Circle type, you can make the card larger than the 6" framelit normally does? Here's how:
My card stock measures 8 1/2" long and about 5 3/8" wide for the main card. When cutting it out, slip it under the circle or label die-cut area but make sure the extra card stock on the opposite end is above the cutting area. When you run it through it actually creates a scored area so you can fold it back in the exact spot you need it to.
I thought I'd show you what the Illuminescent ink looks like on White card stock. It's so pretty & shimmery! We inked the little snowflakes from the hostess set 'Warmth & Wonder' in this ink and stamped them above the trees in the same set. I used 2-way glue & Dazzling Diamonds glitter on the trees.
