Last Sunday I held my annual Hostess Appreciation party. I appreciate each of my hostesses and love holding workshops for them. The best part though is introducing stamping to their friends & family and seeing new stampers eyes light up and fall in love with this hobby.
I served them lunch and treated them with lots of SU product. It's fun to spoil them a bit! I also made them each one of these:
I used thick chipboard that comes in our specialty paper packages and our Glimmer paper packs. It's perfect for these clipboards.
I cut them to 9 1/2" X 6" and covered them with our new Prints Paper, adhering the paper with glue stick. I rounded the corners slightly with a scissors and sanded the edges smooth with a sanding block. These colors are Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo, Real Red and Elegant Eggplant. (I specifically chose these colors because a few of my hostesses love Pink, Red & Purple.
I purchased the notebooks at a local office store and the large clips at Target. The pens are RSVP pens that you can remove the end from and slip a rolled up piece of dsp inside the pen to match. Just tie some ribbons on to jazz them up a bit.
Thanks so much gals!

Hi LeeAnn,
Is the darker area above the note paper a magnet strip? Thought that would be a nice addition.
Beautiful!
