This was one of the cards on my Punches display board. It was a favorite for many people at Convention. It reminds me of my daughter Jenilee who loves to wear skirts and also loves polka dots. We just spent a lovely and relaxing weekend with her and her husband and my son Luke in Fargo, ND.
To create this, just use a Round Tab punch to get the bodice for the skirt. The only thing I changed on the punched piece was to punch out the ''neckline' with a 3/4" circle punch. Add a ruffled ribbon and brad and it forms a perfect top for a skirt.
The skirt was made with a scallop circle die. I think you could use either one but I used the largest one and cut off most of it before folding the edges back. You could get two from each die-cut if you wanted to.
Supplies:
- Stamps - Petite Pairs
- Ink - Cherry Cobbler
- Card stock - Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, White, Basic Gray, Frightful Sight dsp
- Accessories - Round Tab punch, 3/4" circle punch, 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches, Decorative Label punch, Lucky Limeade ruffled ribbon, brads, Scallop circle die, dimensionals, Pinking Hearts border punch, Backgrounds 1 Texturz plates polka dot

Update on our home:
We are having a partial inspection this morning by FEMA.
We still won't know if we can rebuild our home. The city decides that. And even if they say we can repair and rebuild, we have to wait for the city to develop a plan for the river and the dikes. We have the river in our front yard, just across the street. So if they widen the dike, it may be in our yard. WE have no idea how long it will take them to develop their plan. So we haven't even started any clean up on the wet and muddy, moldy mess. Not sure if we should or not. It's another waiting game.
Luv this card!

Hi LeeAnn, I've been following your blog for quite some time. I'm just coming up on my 1 year anniversary as a SU! demo, and also just moved to a new state. To get my business going I've started my own blog, in which you feature today. If you have a moment you'd be welcome to check it out: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/nancyhoetker/blog

I love this idea; perfect card for a girly girl. I pray you are able to resolve all your issues from the flooding. It has to be stressful not knowing what the outcome will be. You seem to be handling this much better than I ever could. Keep the faith.
