He's cute & so very simple - really!
Is he anatomically correct? Probably not! But remember this is 'Punch Art'!
Do you recoginize most of the punches? I bet you do!
- His head is the owl punch with the feet cut off.
- The antlers are from the snowflake punch. I used two pieces for each antler, trimming off a few end pieces on the top ones.
- The body is the Decorative Label punch.
- The tail is a 3/4" circle punch; punch once & discard that piece. Then insert the punch again into your card stock & punch once more.
- I hand cut his legs.
- The eyes are from the Owl punch.
- His nose is one of the Owl's feet, punched in Real Red & glittered with Red glitter from the Fine Galaxy glitter stack.
Details:
- The 'Seasons Greeting' is from Curly Cute stamp set.
- I tore the white layers, sponged them with Bashful Blue ink & then added 2-way glue & Dazzling Diamonds glitter. Perfect snowy hills!
- The background is stamped with snowflakes from the Level 1 Hostess stamp set called Northern Hearts using White Craft ink.
