Yes; it's hip to be square! Well, in this case it is!
I used a 3/4" square punch & rounded two of the opposing corners. That's it! You can't get much easier than this & still be a WOW.
Update: To get the little squares into a corner rounder punch, attach the squares to a strip of card stock with a bit of temporary adhesive - I used Dotto. Then it's easy to insert into the small punch.
I love the clean look of white on white with splashes of color. These beautiful greens are retiring in a few months - Gable Green & Green Galore. The blues are Turquoise & the returning Pacific Point In Color from last year.
This is a good example of using a few colors of card stock & only needing one ink pad color.
If you're concerned about the cost of the new Color Renovation, you do not need to 'have it all' right away. Just get a multi-pack of the new colors of card stock to play with & a few of the ink pads you love most. I think it is best to have more colors of card stock than ink. (Unless you have to have it all, like me!)
- Stamps - Stem Sayings
- Ink - Pacific Point
- Card stock - Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise, Gable Green, Green Galore, Whisper White
- Accessories - 3/4" square punch, corner rounder, scalloped edge punch, white grosgrain ribbon, Circle ice brads, Mat pack, paper piercing tool, dimensionals
How ingenious of you!!!
