I've seen a few of these around so I made one & thought you'd like to see it.
It's incredibly easy to make - you just need some nice white card board - you know, like my favorite that comes in a pack of SU's dsp?
My calendar is 6 1/4" wide & 3" tall.
I cut the white board at 6 1/4" X 9 1/2". Score every 3 inches starting from the short side. This leaves you with a 1/2" flap to adhere & close the back or top side.
Then I chose some beautiful patterned paper from the Sweet Pea dsp pack & added a border of Scallop Trim in So Saffron & Pretty in Pink to the top edge.
I layered my calendar with another piece of the Pink dsp & added even more Scallop trim to the bottom. I stamped & cut out a few flowers from Vintage Vogue & added a few butterflies from the Beautiful Wings embosslit.
The calendar was purchased from an online store - I am unable to give the name or link due to SU's policy on this. I'm sorry!

The latest bunch of Satin Ribbon shares are going out in the mail today. Each time I cut & wrap these, I am struck by the beautiful color combo's I see. I even find myself winding them together - side by side or even in trio's! Do you see them too, or am I just SU color crazy?
Remember that if you want to get one of my Satin Ribbon Shares, be sure to send me either an e-mail or PayPal the $20 fee directly to me at lagreff at gmail.com
You'll get 3 yards of each of 9 colors - 27 yards for just $20 - including shipping! (U.S. only please).
I'm glad I found this calendar. I've wanted to make one for a long time. Did you cover every side or just the front side? It's so pretty. Thanks for sharing.
