I'm just starting off another group of Big Shot Clubs & here are the projects we made this weekend.
And both of these projects will be part of my Big Shot Class on Saturday, January 23rd at 10 am. Class fee of $10, but if you've purchased a Big Shot from me the fee is just $5 to attend. RSVP by Thursday, January 21st please.
We'll meet 4 times during Sale-a-Bration & each of my Big Shot club members will receive 4 free SAB choices when they are hostess. What a deal! If you've been considering purchasing the Big Shot, get it now during SAB - you'll get 2 free stamp sets with just the Big Shot alone!!
We used the Top Note die to make this cute, little wrap for the Matchbox drawer - cased from Mary Brown. Sweet huh? Just fold a piece of cardstock in half before you die-cut it. Keep the fold inside the cutting edge on one end.
Here's the side view:
Stamps - I (Heart) Hearts
Ink - Pretty in Pink, markers
Card stock - Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip, Sending Love dsp, Whisper white
Accessories - Full Heart punch, Scallop circle punch, Top Note die, Matchbox die, Big Shot, Red corduroy brads, Chocolate satin ribbon

And here's another special Valentines card that even includes a treat.
LOVE this one! I've always adored Real Red with Old Olive & when you add the scallops & SU's new Heart Treat cups & it's a sure winner!
I used the Scallop circle & the Scallop circle die #2. The 2 1/2" white circle is the largest circle from another die - Circles #2. To make a scallop circle card just place a folded card on the large Scallop circle die with the fold just under 4 of the scallops on the die. This leaves the fold intact.
Here's the inside view of the card. Note the punched heart where I wrote 'peel here'. I used Dotto on the back of this - Dotto is a removable adhesive & is perfect to attach this punch over the hole I punched behind the candy heart. See?? I am not sure you really need to write the peel here - most people are quite motivated to get to their candy......
This easy 'peel' idea is thanks to my husband Andy. I ask him for his opinions often & sometimes he comes up with things I never would have thought of! He's so helpful!
Stamps - I (Heart) Hearts, Sweetheart, Holiday Best
Ink - Real Red
Card stock - Real Red, Old Olive, Whisper White
Accessories - Scallop circle die, Scallop circle #2, Circles #2, Full Heart punch, 3/4" circle punch, Circle Scissors plus, markers, Red gingham ribbon, SU heart treat cups

And here are all of their Big Shot sample books!
At the first Club, we always make a Big Shot sample book. This way each time we meet we cut out & add various items to place inside their books. This time we cut cork, metal, chipboard & fun foam. When they are done with Club they'll have a great reminder of all the many types of materials they can cut using their Big Shot!
The Dotto is a great idea!! Thanks so much for sharing - to you AND your husband!
