Yes, I'm going to continue my Punch Art Wednesday; at least as often as I can. There is so much to show you with our punches!
So here's one that's right up my alley. A fish!
Why is it so 'me'? Well, I have had fish ponds for many, many years - we love our ponds & fish! We have mostly koi & shubunkins & we even have babies most years.
Also one of our very favorite things to do when we are on a tropical vacation is to snorkel. It's just so fascinating to be in their environment & be able to 'almost' touch them - they never really let you tho.
So here's a punch art fish that reminds me of some fish we saw in St. Johns, USVI, one of our very favorite places we've ever been.
Aaaww, isn't he (she?) just sweet?
Supplies List:
NO stamps or ink!
Card stock - Taken with Teal, Kraft, Summer Sun, Tangerine Tango, Celery prints, Pixie Pink & Sage Shadow plus a little vellum card stock for the bubbles.
Accessories - 2 1/2" circle punch, scalloped border punch, Tangerine striped ribbon, cutter kit for the grass & sand, sponge dauber for the sand, 1/2" & 1/4" circle punches, Boho Flower punch for his lips (do fish have lips?)
Jenilee, this one's for you! Ha!
My daughter, Jenilee, is quite bothered by looking at fish - even in an aquarium.
We're going to Hawaii in a few months & she swears she won't be able to stick more than her feet in the water because the fish might 'touch her'! Too funny to us who would just love to touch them!
This card idea was cased from Sally here.
what kind of cutter kit did you use to make the sand?

Love it! St. John is my favorite place on earth! We've been there twice and I would go back over and over. The snorkeling is amazing! There are so many little beaches off the beaten path there that have the best snorkeling!
