This is one of the cards we made at my Card Clubs last month:
I just love it! It's Smoky Slate with Night of Navy and White. It's perfect for a masculine birthday card isn't it?
The stamp set I used here is called Countless Sayings 2 and is one of our Photopolymer sets. Check them all out here. It was so easy to stamp each of the stamps indiviually since they're clear!
We also stamped the World Map image on one of the Smoky Slate layers before cutting it out with the Hexagon Hive thinlit. And do you notice the Navy hexagon shapes behind the thinlit here and there? Those are punched pieces using the Hexagon punch. They layer wonderfully with the thinlit!
The tag is made using the new Angled Tag Topper punch. The Navy layer is 2" wide and the White layer is 1 3/4" wide. We inserted them in the punch at the same time so the holes for the Denim ribbon (which is on sale until tomorrow!) lined up perfectly. We did have to trim off a bit from the White angled side areas so they'd match well.
Here's the inside:
This fun greeting is from the Really Good Greetings stamp set. The cute heart is also from the Countless Sayings 2 set.
