Here's a cool technique that looks so time consuming but is really very easy and even fun!
Marilyn R made this beautiful card for last month's technique swap. It's called Triple Layered Stamping because you stamp on all three layers at one time. Because you are stamping on card stock you will get an area that isn't filled in due to the thickness of the card stock. That's why you add the outside layers; it covers it easily!
Here she used the So In Love stamp set on page 52 of the Occasions catalog. Her colors are Smoky Slate and Blushing Bride. Can you tell that she also textured the White layers with the Falling Petals embossing folder?
The measurements are:
- Smoky Slate - full card of 5 1/2" X 8 1/2", 3 1/4" X 4 1/2" & 2 1/4" X 3 1/2"
- Whisper White - 4" X 5 1/4", 3" X 4 1/4" & 2" X 3 1/4"
