It's Punch Art Wednesday again and this one is very easy for you to copy if you'd like to. And it's just in time for you to make for Valentines day. You just need a few tools - a triple heart punch (a flower one would be adorable too) and our Simply Scored.
I started with Shimmer White card stock. Using my Simply Scored tool I scored 3 lines 1/8" apart starting about 1/2" from the bottom, then skipped about 3/4 of an inch and scored three more lines.
Next I inserted my Heart to Heart punch into the card base as far as I could and punched first in the center, then moved over to punch on both sides of that first punch. That's just three punches!
I cut small pieces of card stock, all in pink hues, and placed them behind the punched hearts. Adhere another layer of Shimmer white card stock behind these pieces so the inside of your card doesn't look like patchwork.
The 'Wonderful You' greeting is from the new stamp set Loving Thoughts from the Occasions mini. It seems to be my 'go to' set lately.
I finished it off with narrow black Taffeta ribbon around the card.
