We made these at my December Card Clubs. I think this is one of the neatest gift card holder; mostly because it is so very simple & it isn't obvious what is inside!
This is the card front. The Bells & Boughs stamp set is just beautiful. We embossed the two images with Gold embossing powder onto Shimmer Card stock & colored the bells image with watercolor pencils & a blender pen.
See the neat ribbon trick? Open up your brad, slide the ribbon in between the prongs & then close the brad. Poke a hole in the card stock & slide the brad into the hole. Now open up the prongs to secure. I love the gathered look & the end hanging over the edge.
The holly sprays were inked in Versamark & embossed with clear embossing powder in the corners. Such a classy look.
See how it holds the gift card inside the fold? And the front panel hides it so well.
Just fold your A2 card (5 1/2 X 4 1/4" when done) in half & then fold the front in half again towards the inside. To get the slot for the gift card, just push your Word Window punch all of the way in from the edge & punch once, slide it over about 1/2" & punch again. ***Now you'll do this before you fold the front panel in half towards the center fold of course.

Very nice. A fast and easy gift card.
