Who's 'Frenchie' you may ask? Well she is a new friend of mine I spent time with at Founder's Circle. She is the kindest & most fun person & as she is French Canadian, she has a wonderful accent. She kept us laughing & in stitches the entire weekend.
A few weeks ago I found this wonderful video to make these amazing 3-d origami flowers & was demonstrating it to some gals at Founder's Circle & who is sitting 2 chairs away? The person I learned it from! France is her real name.
A bunch of these make a beautiful bouquet or center piece. All you need are squares of paper to create the fold. Well you also need some strong adhesive & clips. I used bamboo skewers to create my stems. I wrapped them with floral tape & added some hand cut leaves from Olive card stock that I curled up with my fingers.
I thought of posting step by step photos of the 'how-to', but France does a wonderful job of showing you how to make these flowers on her video.
- Paper - Sweet & Sour designer series paper, So Saffron & Rose Red prints patterned paper, Old Olive card stock
- Accessories - flat back pearls (from the retired Pretties kit), bone folder, buttons, mini glue dots, florist tape, bamboo skewers, Tombow multi-purpose liquid glue is what I used
I am sorry but I will not be posting any Punch Art this week - I have a head cold & just cannot get any oomph going for it. Hopefully next week I'll have something fantastic for you!

Hope you feel better. Thanks for the link for the beautiful flowers--I'm off to check it out now.
