Just thought I'd show you what we did at my November Card Clubs.
Isn't he cute? I had to let my clubs do punch art too since I've been having so much fun with it lately.
Stamps - Best Yet hostess Level 1
Card stock - Handsome Hunter, White, Real Red, Blush (face), Ski Slope DSP
Ink - Hunter, Real Red
Accessories - white Signo gel pen, striped Real Red ribbon, dimensionals, mat pack, large Oval punch - greeting, scallop square punch - red hat, 1 1/4" circle punch & 1/4" circle punch for his face, Word Window punch - hat brim, Trio flower punch - beard & pom pom on his hat. We used 13 of these flowers on him. Add Dazzling Diamonds glitter with 2-way glue & he sparkles so nicely!

Since so many of us use gift cards these days I wanted to do one, but wanted something a bit unique. We used the new set from the Holiday Mini - Season of Friendship in Mustard, Ruby Red, Cocoa & Sage Shadow. Crystal Effects on the leaves make them really shine.
See the top card below? The 'Office Depot' gift card slides partway under the 1 1/2" fold & a bit into the right sided flap. It's a bit complicated to figure out, but is such a cool hidden gift card. When you hold it, the Round Tab punch is your only clue that you need to pull/slide it to open it.
The left side is made up of a 4 1/4" X 5" piece of Sage card stock, scored at 2 5/8". When folded in half, this leaves an area for the Mustard gift card piece to slide into easily. Glue the fold together only at the top & bottom edges.
The Sage CS piece on the right is 4 1/4" X 5 3/8" & scored at 2 7/8". Again, fold it & glue only at the top & bottom edges & also adhere the back of the Mustard piece to the Sage piece so this piece with the gift card can slide into the left pocket.
The Ruby Red piece is 4 3/4" X 4".
The Mustard piece is 4" X 3 5/8", scored at 1 1/2" so when folded up it measures 2 1/2" X 3 5/8". We used the Curly label punch to create the wavy edge on the fold.
Check out the back view on the second picture.

Wow! love the gift card - very clever- and adorable as well... you ladies are weakening me with that Top Note die... Love it!!
